The only thing that is constant is change and one of the most significant changes a firm can undergo is a transition, either internal or external, via a merger or acquisition. As with any complex project, a marketing and PR strategy and tactical plan is required. We will use real-world case studies to address when and how to begin planning for a transition along with tops and tricks for communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
